Follow the steps below if the TI-SmartView CE for the TI-84 Plus Family is not responding to user input or responding correctly:
1) Within the emulator click [Actions] then [Restore Default Emulator State]
2) In the window that appears click [Restore].
If the issue still occurs try the steps below:
Windows:
1) Close the TI-Smartview CE software.
2) Press [Windows Key]+[R] on your keyboard to open the [Run] Dialog, alternatively you can click [Start] then [Run…]
3) In the run dialog either type or copy and paste the text below:
%appdata%\Texas Instruments\TI-SmartView CE for the TI-84 Plus Family\
4) Click [OK] and in the window that appears delete the file that ends with h84statej that corresponds to the emulator that is having issues.
Mac:
1) Close the TI-Smartview CE software.
2) Launch Finder and then click [Go] [Go to Folder] and either type or copy and paste the text below:
~/Library/Preferences/Texas Instruments/TI-SmartView CE for the TI-84 Plus Family/
3) Click [Go] and in the window that appears delete the file that ends with h84statej that corresponds to the emulator that is having issues.
